Review: Bella Aura Skincare

I do not blog much about beauty products, but I take my skincare routine very seriously. I have a strict routine I follow both day and night. As a girl that has ultra sensitive skin, and has been on Accutane, the last thing I want to do is try products that will cause my skin to breakout. So as you can imagine, I am very reserved when it comes to trying out something new. I don't know how my skin is going to react and I am clueless when it comes to reading ingredients. I recently swapped my regular skincare routine and tried the Bella Aura Natural Skincare line. The formula of these products is made with natural oils; Argan, Cactus, Neroli, and Nigella. This particular blend of oils is referred to as Kamilah which in Arabic translates to complete.

Before I go into detail about the products, let's talk about two things that stood out the most about this line. Texture and scent. The texture has a silk, velvet feel, and the scent is out of this world. All the products are submerged in a Neroli scent that is so heavenly. The scent does fade after a couple of minutes so definitely do not let the scent stop you from trying out these products.

Gentle Purifying Cleanser
I actually decided to take a leap of faith and try this cleanser with my Clarisonic. This 3 in 1 cleanser is formulated with argan, prickly pear, neroli and nigella oils to cleanse, tone and moisturize the skin. It is supposed to remove skin impurities and optimize the skin's appearance, and I will attest to that. There are only two other face cleansers I use due to the sensitivity of my skin, so I was very pleased to see that this cleanser did not irritate my skin. I also liked how it is not very foamy and it has a very silky consistency.

Antioxidant Booster Emulsion
I will be honest, I had no idea what an Antioxidant booster does to your skin, but the name sure made sense after I started using it. Sadly to admit, my skin is not as radiant as it used to be when I was in my early 20s. This booster though with its silky and light texture has acted as a brightening tool to restore some of that youthful glow I once had. This is a multifunctional booster that acts as a detox to protect my skin from the negative environmental elements my skin is exposed to every day. What I really like about the Bella Aura line in general is that on their site, they specifically list how each product benefits your skin, along with a thorough explanation of how you are supposed to use it. This is such an important element when purchasing a product which many skincare lines do not provide.

The Daily Repair Moisturizer
The Bella Aura daily repair moisturizer is formulated with botanical oils rich in vitamins E,C, A, B, minerals and the list goes all. All natural ingredients that work together to restore your skin's suppleness. My skin definitely felt more firm, and hydrated after using this product. During the winter my skin is in need of intense hydration, but the Daily Repair Moisturizer has been enough to keep my skin hydrated.

Instant Lifting Eye Contour
The Bella Aura Instant Lifting Eye Contour my favourite product out of the whole line by far. I am not the greatest when it comes to getting enough hours of sleep, so I am prone to dark circles. I liked this product because it helped to restore the brightness of the area under my eyes. The product has anti-oxidant properties that rejuvenate and enhance your skin’s complexion, which makes sense because I noticed a difference within days. I also liked how you can use the product both day and night. At first, I only tried the Eye Contour at night, but I was really surprised by the results of using it during the day as well. Having used it for almost a month now, I can say that the area under my eyes looks much more hydrated and youthful.

The Night Cellular Renewal
The number one thing I look for in a night cream is as simple as asking myself this question "Is my skin still hydrated when I wake up in the morning?" If you feel a tightness on your skin then it is not the right cream. You want a cream that rejuvenates and restores your skin, but also one that hydrates it. After using the Bella Aura Night Cellular Renewal, my skin felt silky and still hydrated in the morning. This cream is a unique blend of ingredients meant to improve skin hydration, firmness and elasticity of a more mature skin. I am pretty sure my cells are renewed and with my birthday around the corner, I am happy to say this cream will definitely slow down the aging of my skin.

Having used the Bella Aura line, as a girl that has extreme sensitive skin, the verdict is in. I love the whole line. From the natural ingredients, to the heavenly scent to the effectiveness of the products, I would definitely recommend you to try out some of the Bella Aura products. This line has something to offer to every woman, and my skin not being irritated by any of these products is such a great bonus.

Thank you to Bella Aura.

Has anyone else tried these products?
