North America is known for its individualistic culture, driven by the “I” instead of the “we”. Value is placed on the personal goals of the individual instead of the group. Individual accomplishments and success stories are the drive of each person. Drifting away into the collectivism, we find a culture that values a collective mentality, and significance is placed upon the group. In a utopian world, there is a balance of both collectivism and individualism, and so is our little blogging family. The perfect utopia that happens to be 100% genuine. We have all had our own personal stories, but we also understand the importance of coming together and creating a peer support group that adds value to the blogging culture that at times tends to be individualistic.

Back in May I had the pleasure of meeting these beautiful ladies, Amy, Gabriella, Joelle and Kaylee at a Kate Spade event. Beautiful inside and out, these ladies have become my go to girls for any blogging dilemma, a little snapchat pick me up, my foodie partners in crime, my positive reinforcement, a ray of sunlight in the world which I call my second home, the blogging world. No one prepares you for the loneliness that at times comes hand in hand with blogging, but a supportive and genuine group of fellow blogger friends does. And so this Christmas, I am grateful for this beautiful addition in my life, so much that we decided to celebrate in true whimsical style, all together. Whether you are a blogger or not, pause for a minute and celebrate the success of another person in your life, just like we did during this whimsical and oh so fun photoshoot. Stop and be genuinely a person that flourishes, but also does not feel threatened by other people's success. Our world is endless, there is room for everyone to grow and be successful. Be supportive, be caring, be a friend, and most importantly have fun along the way.

Special thanks to our talented and generous sponsors for making this photo shoot magical as follows:

Jewellery: Always adding sparkle in our lives CherryPick and how can a girl resist?
Floral Crowns: Flower Maiden who bloomed our day away with her creative floral designs
Cotton Candy: Nothing added sweetness in your life like Fancy Pufs , the one and only cotton candy you should have.
Skirts: Leave it up to Pastel Dress Party to make you want to wear tulle skirts everyday with their incredible selection of designs.
Photography: Raelene Giffin this lady knows how to perfect each and every shot, even if you have a side that is your "bad" side.

Hope you all enjoyed our little bloggy Christmas! Let me know your thoughts.

First time I came across Foxy Originals was from my fellow girl crush, Lauren Conrad who wore one of the Foxy Originals creations. It was love at first sight. Throughout the years Foxy Originals has been worn by many celebrities. Most of the time, we see a celebrity wearing a piece of jewellery we want to have, but it is way out of our budget. But Foxy Originals continues to have affordable prices for everyone. All of Foxy Originals pieces are created locally in their production studio, and are handcrafted to perfection.

You can discover more of Foxy Originals, and the variety of jewellery they have available on their site at www.foxyoriginals.com and make sure to visit their Instagram account here for more visual inspiration. So many great choices if  you are still looking for Christmas gifts.

My loyal photographer, is also my boyfriend, and November 26 also happens to be our anniversary. We turn another year older as a couple, but blogging also changed our relationship. We had to learn to communicate more efficiently, encouraging, and good negotiators. Sometimes, I thought my relationship would end because of my blog. Many times, blogging became my not so secret affair. So I had to learn to balance many different aspects of my life. I am forever grateful to have a boyfriend that has come along for a ride to the road trip that is called "blogging". I call blogging a road trip because you never know what the road ahead looks like. It has sharp curves, steep hills, but sometimes it is a linear road that gives you a sense of relief. Sometimes you need to drive up to catch up with time and sometimes you need to slow down and enjoy the car ride. But there are also times when you need to take a break.

My one year blog anniversary is also coming up next week and I want to thank each and everyone of you for your support in advance. I have partnered up with an amazing company,Wilsons Leather,  and I am super excited to give away this beautiful tote handbag! In order to qualify you must enter all of the following requirements.
